Sérgio Moro: We are not deciding whether he is guilty of any kind of wrongdoing, but under these conditions I feel particularly uncomfortable casting a favorable vote.
It even says in the piece: The administrative process also indicates "frauds related to irregular contracting and diversion of funds originating from Pronaf" [...], authorisation of fraudulent transactions and discounting of checks, improper use of internal bank accounts, opening and movement of funds in checking accounts in an irregular manner.
Sérgio Moro: I was not aware of that fact. It seems to me that this fact is not in the report, including the one that was submitted to the Infrastructure Committee.
