Paulo, which is considered a serious newspaper —: the nominee for the Anac board, Antonio Mathias Nogueira Moreira, was dismissed for just cause from Banco do Brasil and is the subject of a non-prosecution agreement for causing losses to Caixa Econômica Federal.
Sérgio Moro: This is not about discussing his responsibility, the presumption of innocence, or what happened in those cases, but I understand that anyone nominated for an agency director position must have a reputation beyond reproach.
Sérgio Moro: We are not deciding whether he is guilty of any kind of wrongdoing, but under these conditions I feel particularly uncomfortable casting a favorable vote.
