Thank you very much, Mr. President. Colleagues, Senators and Senatoresses, I came today to celebrate a decision handed down by the courts of my state, the State of Paraná, and it is a victory for freedom of expression.
Sérgio Moro: It is also a victory for Justice, but above all it guarantees the freedom of expression and opinion and the right of every citizen to criticize.
Sérgio Moro: I am specifically referring here to the acquittal, on the merits, of Delegado KIQ, a valiant agent of the Civil Police of the State of Paraná, who also served two terms as Mayor of the City of Paranavaí.
