Sérgio Moro: Good afternoon, everyone. I want to especially greet today's birthday celebrant and also the Acting President: Senator Eduardo Gomes, who does great work for the country and for the State of Tocantins.

The Lula government acted yesterday in a way that is part of the political game, but I would say somewhat sneaky in order to remove me from the CCJ and from the confirmation hearing we will have tomorrow for the Attorney General (AGU), Jorge Messias, who was nominated to the STF (Supreme Federal Tribunal).
Sérgio Moro: I am a full member of the CCJ. However, recently I changed parties, I joined the PL, and the bloc with which I was affiliated there, certainly by movement of the Lula government, removed me from the CCJ so that I would not participate, so that I could not ask the pertinent and necessary questions to the nominee to the STF (Supreme Federal Tribunal).
Sérgio Moro: This, for me, also reflects an insecurity on the part of the Lula government regarding whether or not there are sufficient votes to approve this name.
