The regional federal courts are technical courts, composed mostly of career magistrates and are also capable of carrying out adequate, impartial and technical work in relation to any criminal cases against political agents.
Sérgio Moro: What I cannot agree with is what has been raised only by the press, because I do not know if it will still be implemented, a proposal that investigations against political agents would come to depend on approval from the respective Legislative Houses.
