Any alternative to proceedings in the STF (Supreme Federal Tribunal) is valid.
Sérgio Moro: On my part, I would recommend that everything be forwarded to the first instance courts.
Sérgio Moro: We had, during Operation Lava Jato, former political agents who were criminally prosecuted in the first instance, and I do not recall there being major problems with those investigations or criminal prosecutions.
