Sérgio Moro: This is the most important thing. I requested the floor only to highlight here Your Excellency's role, the importance of Your Excellency's leadership in guiding this bill, which is, at heart, humanitarian, especially for the protesters who were excessively sentenced.
And it would not have been possible to approve this bill today if it had not had the support, in its leadership, of Your Excellency.
