I am in favor of amnesty, but let's approve a sentence reduction to get the protesters out of jail.
Sérgio Moro: This is the most important thing. I requested the floor only to highlight here Your Excellency's role, the importance of Your Excellency's leadership in guiding this bill, which is, at heart, humanitarian, especially for the protesters who were excessively sentenced.
Sérgio Moro: And it would not have been possible to approve this bill today if it had not had the support, in its leadership, of Your Excellency. So, I just want to record this fact here, and what I think about this matter I have already stated from the podium and I have already stated in the CCJ, but it is necessary to acknowledge Your Excellency's merit. Your Excellency deserves praise in this respect.
