They say things like, 'but poor people don't know what the Selic rate is, don't know what this or that is,' but they manage a tiny household budget to keep a family, they have to be creative to figure out how to make the month's income.
Samara Martins: So, our people are extremely capable and competent and are not called upon to govern in this country.
