Romeu Zema: So I want this formalization for these young people and I want the hourly employment I was talking about, because we have a huge number of Brazilians who already have a job or who study and who want to have extra income.
Romeu Zema: and who could be doing an activity in the hours they have available, since most of the time they are young people who still have energy, wanting to build a house, wanting to improve their lives, and end up only doing gigs.
Because with our CLT today it's practically impossible to say,
Romeu Zema: I want to work only on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Romeu Zema: CLT practically prohibits this type of employment contract.
