Romeu Zema: What is missing in Brazil's schools is called discipline, it's called learning principles.
Romeu Zema: In Brazil, what we have today — I talk a lot with some teachers — are students who sometimes come from poorer families who even receive Bolsa Família, and the teacher says, 'they don't come'; when the mother is warned that she might stop receiving Bolsa Família she starts to worry a little.
