What Romeu Zema said about value entrepreneurs and workers

Many here don't know my story, but this is how I started. Whoever is from Araxá and lived in the 1970s may have seen me a few times on Getúlio Vargas Avenue filling cars, washing windshields, or checking the oil level. Times changed. The pump was different, the cars' tanks were different, and this Zema who writes this text is also very different from Ricardo's son from that time. But what remains is the principle that nothing beats work. That you don't need to step on anyone to prosper. I've done everything in this life except depend on the government, and all those experiences shaped me into the Romeu I am today. And for me, to be governor or President of the Republic, you need to have sweated like a Brazilian. You need to understand what it is to take risks to make the business work. To wake up early and have no set time to go to bed. I felt firsthand every neglect from so many governments I've seen come and go. And that is one of the main reasons why today I am a candidate for President of the Republic. To make a Brazil that values the hoe. That values those who sweat and carry this Brazil on their backs, who are the entrepreneur, the worker. That's what I believe in. In a Brazil without schemes. No more rich government and poor people. A Brazil that, instead of worshipping crime, begins to see work as the guide to prosperity. It worked in Minas. Now it's Brazil's turn.
