Romeu Zema: Except, I think it's important to say, those who come from humbler families with lower income—those need it.
They created categories here for transgender people, for I don't know what else, for indigenous people, quotas, right?
Romeu Zema: So I am the opposite; we have to correct that.
Romeu Zema: Quotas are needed for those who come from situations that are not as good as a family that can afford private schooling.
