Rodrigo Pacheco: I also wish to give my testimony regarding the Ambassador, who fulfilled his mission with great distinction at the Brazilian diplomatic mission in Spain, in Madrid, having even, on one occasion, received me, as President of the Senate and of the National Congress on an official mission to that country, with his full attention and dedication.
