Rodrigo Pacheco: Mr. President Davi Alcolumbre, thanking Leader Cid Gomes for the opportunity, on behalf of our party, the PSB, I wish to submit a favorable endorsement of Your Excellency's proposal, so that we may, even as a tribute to the Chamber of Deputies, consider today the nomination of the nominee, Federal Deputy Odair Cunha.
And I would like, here, to give my testimony, as a native of Minas Gerais and as a parliamentarian from the state of Minas Gerais, regarding the qualities of Federal Deputy Odair Cunha.
Rodrigo Pacheco: We are from the same region in Minas Gerais, the southern region of Minas — he from Boa Esperança; I from Passos — and we have lived and worked together for a long time, not necessarily on the same political side, in Minas Gerais politics.
Rodrigo Pacheco: I can say that Federal Deputy Odair Cunha is one of the best figures in Minas Gerais politics, very well prepared, a man absolutely open to dialogue and of great sound judgement, regardless of ideological issues, who will certainly represent the National Congress very well on the Federal Court of Accounts, just like many other members who are there today.
