We need to arrest and kill the leaders of the criminal factions that make us eternal victims.
Renan Santos: If we can all declare war on crime and do the obvious and allow our police to hunt down, arrest and, if there is resistance, kill those who cause terror in our lives, our generation will be marked as a winning generation and not as a generation that cowered and hid preaching peace in a country that only wants war.
