Desconhecido: Well, repeal of the CLT. And in that case, what's your opinion on the labor court?
Renan Santos: The labor court must end.
It costs 23, 24 billion per year. It's anti-business; it has premises such that its initial premise is that the worker's labor is disadvantaged. That's right. Therefore, the one who judges has to rule in a way that creates balance. And that balance means breaking an agreement that was made between the parties, in order to favor one side, because supposedly that would be social justice. This is a machine that generates injustice. This is a machine that benefits crooked lawyers who keep filing serial lawsuits. Because it's the famous sly labor lawyer, a Brazilian classic, who makes a lot of money because he will always win in the labor courts.
Renan Santos: There are judges who go beyond, who award more than was requested, it's a classic. This creates legal uncertainty and low productivity, the nonexistence of a relationship between the parties based on trust.
Renan Santos: So what do we need to have?
