If the State sets an example from top to bottom and brings support, including cultural support, to these families, they may stop harming themselves as they are doing and we may begin to raise a new generation, especially these children, ready to live in society and build a better country.
Renan Santos: And this isn't about treating them like poor, helpless people.
Renan Santos: It's about disciplining these people, bringing law and order, establishing structure, making them understand what is right and what is wrong, so that they stop, above all, sabotaging themselves.
