It's another case, and then the investigative apparatus is slow; the police inquiry in Brazil has several problems. There's a problem between the civil police and the military police; many military police officers complain to me, 'man, I take the scumbag to the police station and I'm kept waiting.' So the military policeman ends up waiting; sometimes the scumbag walks away while he has to file the report with the civil police. There's a lot that's very badly done in the way the Brazilian State runs the system. Our Penal Code is from the 1940s; the idea of criminal factions didn't exist in the 1940s. Bye-bye.
