Nikolas Ferreira: Previously, in fact there was no possibility of consensus regarding this text, but since yesterday I have been speaking with Deputy Jadyel Alencar about several points, which I want to clarify here.
Nikolas Ferreira: First, we have here a modification regarding "national authority", a subjective term.
We changed it, together with Deputy Jadyel Alencar, to this: "Autonomous administrative authority for the protection of the rights of children and adolescents in the digital environment".
Nikolas Ferreira: Regarding art. 6, we were concerned about the expression "offensive content".
Nikolas Ferreira: What would that be? Various segments of our political spectrum, especially the Christian segment, were worried about this.
