Marcos Rogério: And they said: "Let's legalize the bets to take those who operate them out of obscurity, illegality, clandestinity, so they can contribute, so wealth can be generated, so development can be generated."
And I ask: what is the result that Brazil is experiencing today, success or failure on the gambling agenda with regard to the experience of bets?
Marcos Rogério: Better health or disease, gambling disorder, addiction, criminality? What is the result?
