Marcos Rogério: So, here we are asking for the postponement of consideration of these vetoes, from 32 to 38, because next week, in the agreement made with the former Minister, our Senator, Leader Tereza Cristina, and with Zé Vitor, who is our rapporteur on the matter, that provisional measure, in a Leaders' agreement, will be considered by the Committee, the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate.
Marcos Rogério: So, we have an agreement regarding this point.
With respect to the other points of the Environmental Licensing Law, this is not just an opposition matter.
Marcos Rogério: There is a group of Leaders, including from the Government's base, who will vote to overturn the vetoes.
Marcos Rogério: Why? Because, Mr. President, so much is said about democracy and balance among the Powers.
