Marcos Rogério: And I repeat, Mr. President, what the National Congress did, with the plural participation of Congress members from the opposition and from the government's base, in approving this matter.
It was not an opposition issue; it was an issue of Parliamentarians who understand the need for Brazil to have environmental licensing legislation that is modern, current and that establishes balance.
Marcos Rogério: And that is what we are considering today.
