Marcos Rogério: Brazil needs this. We have more than 5,000 projects stalled in Brazil, public works stalled in Brazil, because of the obstacles related to licensing.
And, I repeat, Mr. President, what the National Congress did with the plural participation of Parliamentarians from the opposition and the Government's base in approving this matter.
Marcos Rogério: It was not an opposition issue; it was an issue of Parliamentarians who understand the need for Brazil to have a modern, up-to-date environmental licensing statute that establishes balance.
Marcos Rogério: And that is what we are considering today.
