Marcos Rogério: Now, it is necessary to reconcile preservation with development. Sustainability is that; it is not a view from only one side.
So, I commend Your Excellency for putting these two topics of the Environmental Licensing Law on the agenda.
Marcos Rogério: Brazil needs this. We have more than 5,000 projects stalled in Brazil, public works stalled in Brazil, because of the obstacles related to licensing.
Marcos Rogério: And, I repeat, Mr. President, what the National Congress did with the plural participation of Parliamentarians from the opposition and the Government's base in approving this matter.
