Mr. President, first I would like to commend Your Excellency for convening this session of the National Congress to consider especially these two issues that are fundamental for Brazil, Propag and the new Environmental Licensing Law in Brazil.
Marcos Rogério: I begin by saying to the Plenary and to Brazil that the Environmental Licensing Law, the new Environmental Licensing Law, is not an issue of government supporters and opposition members.
