Marcos Rogério: There is a group of Leaders, including from the Government's base, who will vote to overturn the vetoes.
Why? Because, Mr. President, so much is said about democracy and balance among the Powers.
Marcos Rogério: Just as President Lula was elected President of the Republic, each Deputy and Senator, each Congresswoman and Senator was also elected.
Marcos Rogério: We are not subordinate Powers; we are equal Powers. If the President of the Republic has the constitutional authority to exercise the veto, Congress has the ability to consider the veto and sustain or overturn it.
