We impose measures, restrictive penalties on pedophiles.
Kim Kataguiri: We prevent a pedophile from owning a daycare, having a playground, owning any establishment frequented by, or whose clientele consists of, children or adolescents.
Kim Kataguiri: So, we even prevent him from getting close to schools and daycares.
