Kim Kataguiri: I had the opportunity to recently get approved, including in the Chamber of Deputies and in the Senate, and also to be sanctioned by the President of the Republic, a bill increasing penalties for robbery, theft, receiving stolen goods and online frauds and scams, especially those committed virtually.
Kim Kataguiri: It had been more than 20 years, at least, since we had any revision regarding these property crimes, which today are the ones that most trouble citizens.
And I think now I've done my legislative work on security; it's time to do the executive work, it's time to put this law into practice.
Kim Kataguiri: I think the State has structural deficiencies; education is one example—our IDEB has been stagnant for some time.
Kim Kataguiri: In health we had some progress in elective surgeries, but still there is a lot lacking in primary health care.
