Guilherme Boulos: This is, I repeat, a matter for the banks that are operating.
Guilherme Boulos: And some banks are imposing a credit score requirement, even when the person has a clean record — which is a condition for obtaining the loan — but they're setting the required score very high.
And we will also talk with the banks, especially public banks, to be able to ease that, because it's an opportunity for someone to get their car with... a monthly payment smaller than what they would pay to rent a car.
Guilherme Boulos: and many of these workers rent cars in order to work.
Guilherme Boulos: So we are monitoring this; in fact, I even received messages on WhatsApp from several app driver leaders bringing me these issues. We're following closely to be able to work with the banks to resolve these problems.
