This is a disincentive to those who want to take their money, the millionaires who want to take their money and invest in an enterprise, open a business, create jobs, because it is much easier for you to take that money and invest in the Stock Exchange, earn dividends, invest in speculation, without creating a single job.
Flavio Bolsonaro: This mindset is the one in this bill that was sent to us today and that needs to be changed — this bill needs to be changed.
