Flavio Bolsonaro: Brazil can't stand any more PowerPoint presentations against the criminal faction. The people want real security. In the last 23 years, the PT governed the country for 17 years. And now, on the eve of yet another election, they've discovered that organized crime exists. The government has just announced a 'galactic' 10-billion-real plan to combat crime across Brazil. That's nothing. Rio de Janeiro alone invested nearly 20 billion reais in public security in 2025.

Lula received a harsh rebuke from Trump because he wasn't fighting the CV and the PCC. Then he announces to the whole country an investment that's half of what Rio invested. Meanwhile, assault rifles keep coming in across the borders, drug seizures have decreased, and Brazilians continue to be robbed at traffic lights, on buses and even inside their homes. A mother wonders whether her daughter will make it back alive from school or college. While the government makes a lame announcement, PCC and CV are recruiting. The factions have grown, come to control neighborhoods, borders, cities and even influence local elections.
Flavio Bolsonaro: And even so, the government refuses to treat PCC and CV as narco-terrorist organizations, which is what they are. They spread terror, execute people, control territories, traffic weapons and impose fear on the population, because Lula's government is afraid to classify them as terrorist groups. The rhetoric is of toughening, but historically the PT has always been against harsher measures. The PT was against lowering the age of criminal responsibility, the PT was against increasing sentences for cellphone thieves, the PT was against ending prisoners' temporary furloughs, the PT is only in favor of benefiting criminals.
