The Lula Government continuously discourages job creation.
Flavio Bolsonaro: Today, there is a record number of people receiving Bolsa Família, of people in the informal sector, working without a signed work contract, therefore not seeking formal employment.
Flavio Bolsonaro: Then it seems that the employment rate is wonderful in Brazil, but formal employment is not because of these situations I have described.
