What Fernando Haddad said about expand social housing policies for vulnerable areas

This is a topic very dear to me, because when I took office as mayor of São Paulo, São Paulo, the capital, accounted for 2% of Minha Casa Minha Vida.

Fernando Haddad: That is, out of every 100 Minha Casa Minha Vida homes built in Brazil, only two were built in São Paulo.

Fernando Haddad: We did, in partnership with the private sector, a master plan, a building code, a land-use and occupancy law.
