Erika Hilton: We will stand, alive, in celebratory festivity, celebrating another 10 years, 20 years, 30 years of the Black Women's March and fighting so that our history, our voice, our struggle and our path may open the way for future generations to live in a better society.
Erika Hilton: Our ancestors fought so that we would be here today.
We have already harvested fruits from this struggle, and we march because we believe that, in the future, it will be possible for future generations to live in a more egalitarian, more fraternal, fairer society, without racism, without sexism, and so that this House and the institutions of the Powers do not continue to run over the rights and lives of Black women.
