Erika Hilton: The Mayor has behaved like a bank manager when it comes to the allocation of parliamentary amendments.
Erika Hilton: He looks at which councilors are in his favor to authorize the allocation and disbursement of these amendments, which I classify as arbitrary, criminal.
Public funds need to be divided so that all councilors can carry out their political work, and not only the Mayor's allies and accomplices.
Erika Hilton: The Mayor even denied the amendment of a councilwoman in the city of São Paulo, Amanda Paschoal, which was intended for the holding of the Trans March and the March of Black Women.
Erika Hilton: And so many other amendments were denied. In fact, a secretary of the Civil House said, in a meeting with our caucus there in São Paulo, that we could rest assured, because there would not be one real in parliamentary amendments.
